学籍番号必須

学籍番号は前8桁のみを入力してください（英字は大文字です）。「-（ハイフン）」とその後ろの数字（チェックデジット）は入力しないでください。
Enter the first 8 digits of your student ID number without “-(hyphen)” and the number following the hyphen (Check digit). Also, all alphabetical letters in your student ID number must be capital letters.
