大阪大学（以下、「本学」という。）は、個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、その適切な情報取得と安全管理を図るため、「独立行政法人等の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律」その他関係法令及び学内規程を遵守し、個人情報の保護に努めます。

授業料振替口座（自動引落）手続きにあたって提供された個人情報は、授業料振替口座（自動引落）業務及び在学中の授業料等の事務手続きのために利用します。この利用目的の範囲を越えて使用したり、本人の同意を得ずに第三者に提供したりすることはありません。
上記利用目的に係る個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を外部に委託する場合があります。業務委託に当たっては、本学プライバシーポリシー、学内規定及び製造請負契約基準に則り、安全確保の措置を講じます。
なお、金融機関サイト遷移後に入力する暗証番号は、お客様と銀行とのご本人確認のために必須ですが、本学や上記外部委託業者への通知はなく、情報を保管管理することはありません。

Osaka University (hereinafter referred to as “the University”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and, in order to properly obtain and secure that information, complies with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Incorporated Administrative Agencies, etc.,” other related laws, and internal regulations.
Personal information provided when completing the tuition transfer account procedure will be used to complete the accounting procedure and for administrative procedures regarding tuition during enrollment in the University.
Personal information will not be used for any other purpose or provided to third parties without consent. All or part of the handling of personal information may be outsourced for any of the above purposes.
When outsourcing, the University works to ensure safety by complying with the Osaka University Privacy Policy, internal regulations, and Manufacturing Contract Standards.
While the PIN entered on the financial institution's website is always required to verify the identity of the customer and the bank, this number is not shared with, stored, or managed by the University or the above-mentioned outsourcing companies.
