個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、その適切な情報取得と安全管理を図るため、「独立行政法人等の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律」その他関係法令及び学内規程を遵守し、個人情報の保護に努めます。
　授業料振替口座（自動引落）手続きにあたって提供された個人情報は、授業料振替口座（自動引落）業務のために利用します。この利用目的の範囲を越えて使用したり、本人の同意を得ずに第三者に提供したりすることはありません。
　上記利用目的に係る個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を外部に委託する場合があります。業務委託に当たっては、本学プライバシーポリシー、学内規定に則り、安全確保の措置を講じます。
　なお、金融機関サイト遷移後に入力する暗証番号は、お申込者様と銀行とのご本人確認のために必須ですが、本学や上記外部委託業者への通知はなく、情報を保管管理することはありません。

The PIN entered after the transition to the financial institution site is required to verify the identity of the applicant, but there is no notification to the university or the above outsourced companies.
