社会福祉法人奈良県社会福祉協議会は、以下の方針に基づき、個人情報の保護に努めます。

１　本会は、個人の人格尊重の理念のもとに、関係法令等を尊重し、実施するあらゆる事業において、個人情報を慎重に取り扱います。

２　本会は、個人情報を適法かつ適正な方法で取得します。

３　本会は、個人情報の利用目的をできる限り特定するとともに、その利用目的の範囲でのみ個人情報を利用します。

４　本会は、あらかじめ明示した範囲及び法令等の規定に基づく場合を除いて、個人情報を事前に本人の同意を得ることなく外部に提供しません。

５　本会は、個人情報を正確な状態に保つとともに、漏えい、滅失、き損などを防止するため適切な措置を講じます。

６　本会は、本人が自己の個人情報について、開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止を求める権利を有していることを確認し、これらの申し出があった場合には速やかに対応します。

７　本会は、個人情報の取り扱いに関する苦情があったときは、適切かつ速やかに対応します。

８　本会は、個人情報を保護するために適切な管理体制を講じるとともに、役職員の個人情報保護に関する意識啓発に努めます。

９　本会は、この方針を実行するため、個人情報保護規程を定め、これを本会役職員に周知徹底し、確実に実施します。






Social Welfare Council of Nara Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) shall endeavor to protect personal information in accordance with the following policy:

1. The Council will carefully handle personal information in all undertakings in compliance with relevant laws, ordinances, regulations, etc., based on the principle of respecting personal individuality.

2. The Council will obtain personal information by lawful and appropriate means.

3. The Council will specify the purpose of use of personal information as narrowly as possible and use such personal information only to the extent required to achieve such purpose.

4. The Council will not provide any personal information to any outside party without obtaining the prior consent of the person involved except in cases allowed or required based on the scope specified in advance or under the provisions of any laws, ordinances, regulations or the like.

5. The Council will maintain the accuracy of personal information and take appropriate measures to prevent any leakage, loss, alteration or the like.

6. The Council confirms that the person involved has the right to demand disclosure, correction, addition, deletion or discontinuance of use of such personal information and will immediately take measures to meet such demands when requested by such person to do so.

7. In the case of complaints regarding the handling of personal information, the Council will respond appropriately and promptly.

8. The Council will establish a suitable management system for protecting all personal information and endeavor to raise awareness of the importance of protection of personal information among its officers and staff.

9. In order to implement this Policy, the Council will establish rules for the protection of personal information, thoroughly disseminate them to its officers and staff, and enforce them in a reliable manner.
